Accenture Recruitment Process - On Campus

Accenture recruitment process for 2020 batch students has changed again this year. Accenture will now be hiring students for two role, namely:

  • Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of 4.5 LPA
  • Full Stack Engineer with a CTC of 6.5 LPA

For both these roles, Accenture has a new recruitment process. The process is as follows: Registration: Colleges in one zone will be grouped & Accenture will share the registration link with the colleges directly. Zonal Level hiring will take place in the month of August for around 3 days.

Round 1: Communication Assessment

Once the registration is done, candidates will receive a link to take the communication assessment.

Round 2: Zonal Level Hiring Test

Zonal Level Hiring process will consist of two assessment - Cognitive & Technical Assessment, Coding Assessment. The coding assessment is mandatory for FSE (Full Stack Engineer) role applicants.

The candidates that pass the Cognitive & Technical Assessment have an option to attempt the Coding Assessment in order to be considered for the Full Stack Engineer role. Even if they are unable to pass the coding round they are still considered for the role of an Associate Software Engineer provided that they clear the group interviews.

Round 3: Group Interaction

Details about this round are yet to be confirmed by Accenture.
