The Bank of America Corporation is an American multinational investment bank and financial services company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It has its central hubs in New York, Hong Kong, London, Toronto, etc. It was first founded as Bank of Italy by Amadeo Pietro Giannini in 1904. Then again in 1922, it was renamed as Bank of America and Italy. Finally in 1998 Bank Of America was formed through National Banks acquisition of then called Bank America.

  • The candidate should have passed 10thand 12th from a recognized educational institution securing at least 60% marks.

Bank of America Campus Recruitment Process for Freshers

Bank of America conducts both on and off campus recruitment drives all over India. They have the same pattern for campus recruitment in on and off campus drives. There are four rounds in campus recruitment drive of Bank of America. Once you clear the first round it will be mandatory for you to give other three rounds to get the offer letter from the company.

Round 1: Online test

Bank of America uses AMCAT to conduct an online test for hiring which includes a number of questions from various sections. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. The online test has the following 5 sections:

  2. Verbal Reasoning
  3. Logical Reasoning
  4. Technical Test
  5. Situational Judgemental Test

NOTE: Only those candidates can move to the next round who have cleared the first round.

Round 2: Group Discussion

Bank of America may decide to conduct a Group Discussion in case the number of candidates is too high for the Interview Process. In case Bank of America recruitment process plans for a group discussion after the aptitude test, always follows the Dos and donts of the GD.

Round 3: Technical Interview 1

The Technical Interview round takes place after shortlisting of candidates from the Group Discussion round.
