KPMG Eligibility Criteria KPMG Recruitment Process

  • The candidate should have attained 60% or more in his/her B.tech.

KPMG Recruitment Process – Rounds 

KPMG Recruitment Process

KPMG Recruitment Process is one of its own, the company strives to employ skilled and career-focused candidates. The recruitment process starts with an Online Test followed by the Interview Process.

KPMG selection Process in India consists of the following stages-

  1. KPMG Written Test 
  2. Group Discussion
  3. Interview – Technical and HR

KPMG Written Test

The KPMG Online Test consists of questions from Numerical and Verbal Ability. The level of the questions asked is moderate but the overall test can prove to be a little fast paced since the time allotted to solve the KPMG Placement Paper is less. Group Discussion

KPMG Interview Round

  • Hit the post for which you are interested in and then read the details about KPMG Career Openings.
  • After that  “Apply” for the post.
  • Fill the KPMG Online Application form.
  • Upload scanned copies of documents and resume.
  • At last, submit the Application form and take a print out of it for future reference.

KPMG Recruitment Policies

KPMG’s Recruitment Policy is arranged and created in such a way, which goes for enlisting exceptionally competent employees. Some of the organization’s recruitment policies are,

  • The recruitment of candidate completely lies in the hands of KPMG. If a candidate is rejected for any reason, he or she becomes ineligible for the recruitment procedure.
  • A gap of 6 months is necessary to be maintained after the first application has been made and the candidate is not recruited. No candidate will be allowed to apply again before this tenure.
  • If for any reason, the candidate misses the interview round, he/she can apply for the recruitment process all over again.
