Wipro recruitment generally happens for the role of Project engineer either in Wipro or Wipro Turbo. Students who are recruited in Wipro Turbo are usually offered a higher package than the normal. You should not confuse Wipro Turbo with Wipro TRB. Wipro TRB also called Team Rainbow is the band under which all the freshers are placed immediately after hiring during probation period.
Wipro conducts all its Talent Acquisition on the Wipro Synergy platform. If you are taking a test of Wipro or want access to your boarding pass for an off-campus drive or to see a result, then you can access them on Wipro Synergy platform using your candidate login details.

Wipro Eligibility Criteria
This is the eligibility criteria for the latest Wipro recruitment:
- Minimum 60% in X & XII
- Minimum 60% in Graduation, 6 CGPA or equivalent as per university guidelines
- No standing arrears
- Student should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Should have completed all exams/ viva-voice/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.
In some cases or few specific colleges, the minimum is 65%. The eligibility criteria might also vary according to the profile i.e between Wipro & Wipro Turbo. Wipro Turbo is also conducted only in premium colleges like IITs, NITs, VIT etc;

I attended the recent Wipro Turbo drive. The first round contained an online assessment. The Verbal section was very easy. The quants section was a bit difficult and contained lengthy calculations, thankfully the shortcuts taught in FACE Prep’s Wipro course helped. The coding section had 2 questions, I am sure I answered one correctly which was about finding HCF. The interview contained 2 rounds: 1 Technical and 1 HR. Technical round questions were mostly about my projects and my favorite subjects which were VLSI and digital logic design. HR is mostly around the company details, about myself and my favourite books.
Happy to say that I cleared and accepted the offer. Also, thanks to FACE. I was only able to clear Quants because of the shortcuts taught in the course.
