FACE (Focus Academy for Career Enhancement) was founded in Coimbatore in 2008 to do one thing well: bridge the gap between what engineering colleges in India teach and what hiring companies actually test for. Eighteen years later, that mission has scaled to 7 million students impacted, 2,000+ college partnerships, 500+ enterprise partners, and over 3 lakh students prepared for placements in 2024 alone.
Today, FACE Prep works across three verticals: placement training for students and institutions, academic integration through credit-bearing industry-aligned courses, and end-to-end degree program delivery in emerging technology domains. The legal lineage, the curriculum, the training methodology, the 2,000+ college network: all retained. What's evolved is the scope.
