L&T Infotech (LTI) no longer hires as a standalone company. Since August 2022, it merged with Mindtree to form LTIMindtree, and all fresher campus hiring now runs under that combined brand.

L&T Infotech Is Now LTIMindtree

The merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree completed in August 2022, creating LTIMindtree with a combined workforce of over 80,000 employees. Fresher campus hiring paused during the post-merger integration period. LTIMindtree resumed campus drives in 2025 and is targeting around 5,000 fresher onboardings this fiscal, per reporting by Times of India.

Eligibility Criteria for 2026 Applicants

LTIMindtree applies a single eligibility threshold across both its standard and premium fresher tracks:

• B.Tech or B.E. in any discipline (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, and related branches are all eligible)
• Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th standard, 12th standard, and graduation — all three, not just one
• No active backlogs at the time of application
• Maximum education gap of one year permitted

Online Test Pattern by Level

The multi-level test is the main filter. All three tracks begin with Level-1; higher tracks continue to Level-2 and Level-3.

Level-1 Online Test (All tracks, 90 minutes)

Level-3 is purely technical:

• Algorithm design: dynamic programming, greedy, divide and conquer
• Complexity analysis as a required component of solutions

A practical note on the multi-level structure: most campus drives announce which tracks are on offer before the test window opens. Confirm with your placement cell whether Level-2 and Level-3 are being conducted in your drive before investing time in advanced DSA practice. Syllabus by Section

Quantitative Aptitude

Key topics for Level-1 preparation:
